Frequently Asked Questions

Q:  Do you buy used military gear?

A: Yes. If you bring your items to one of our retail locations, our staff will do a quick inventory of the items and give you a claim ticket. Our buyer will review the items and make an offer for either cash or in-store credit. Once notified of the offer, you will have 60 days to come in and either pick up your items or take the offer. Failure to do so may lead to the items being considered abandoned property.

All offers made are for the entire lot of items brought in, we do not “cherry pick” items.

Q:  Do you do custom name tapes?

A:  Yes. Custom name tapes can be ordered at any of our retail locations or through our online store. You can choose from 14 different tape colors/patterns and 13 different color threads. We can fit up to 20 characters on a standard size name tape. We also do other custom embroidery.  Contact us for details.

Q:  Do you sell dog tags?

A: Yes. Visit any of our retail locations and we can custom stamp your dog tags while you wait. If you prefer, contact us at 651-777-0990 and we can take your order over the phone.
